The Scranton Wilkes/Barre Yankees and Louisville Bats split a double header, with the Yankees taking game one 4-0 and the Bats the nightcap 4-2. GAME ONE BOX GAME TWO BOX

The Norfolk Tides snapped their 10 game losing streak in convincing fashion, scoring seven runs over the last three innings, taking the finale of their series with the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, 9-6. Chris Roberson broke the game open with a grand slam in the ninth for the Tides. BOX

The Columbus Clippers got by the Rochester Red Wings 5-4. BOX

Joel Guzman belted two homers and drove in three as the Durham Bulls pounded the Toledo Mud Hens 9-3. BOX

The Indianapolis Indians scored early and hung on to nip the Richmond Braves 5-4. BOX

Adam Lind drove in three runs as the Syracuse Chiefs are back in second place in the IL North, beating the Charlotte Knights, 7-2. BOX
